Core Platform

Everything your operations team needs

Six core modules that ship with every Nexaro Teams OS deployment — the operational backbone before any industry-specific add-ons.

Task Management

Assign, track, and close out work across departments with clear ownership and deadlines.

Role-Based Access

Granular permissions by role and department, so every person sees exactly what they need.

Nexaro AI Assistant

An in-app assistant that understands your org's context to answer questions and speed up work.

Department Workspaces

Dedicated spaces for every department, from operations to talent, without the tool sprawl.

Reports Dashboard

Roll up activity across the org into dashboards built for leadership and department leads alike.

Team Directory

A single source of truth for who's on the team, their role, and how to reach them.

Inside the product

This is the actual software

Screens from a live deployment that has run seven competitive circuits. No mockups, no sample data.

The whole circuit, on one screen

Live production data. Pyramids Cup 7, 536 players, 4 open incidents.

Operations

The whole circuit, on one screen

The tournament, its stage and its dates, how many players are in it, what is open against it, and today's tasks split by role. Every person opens this and sees their own column rather than a shared backlog.

The monthly report is a page, not a deck

247 hours streamed, 4,394 hours watched, 147K live views, 96K impressions.

Reporting

The monthly report is a page, not a deck

Hours streamed, hours watched, peak concurrent, follower growth, per creator and in total, with social reach and impressions across every connected account. It updates as the numbers arrive. Nobody assembles it.

A working module, not a demo

Player records built from verified match results.

The vertical

A working module, not a demo

The esports module runs tournaments end to end: teams, rosters, matches, per player statistics, prize pools, staff shifts and broadcast scheduling. It was added on top of the core without forking it, which is the proof the platform extends.

Case study · Pyramids Cup 8

Six weeks, four stages, run from one back office

The MENA Wild Rift circuit inside the Rift Legends ecosystem, 8 September to 23 October 2026, run by a staff of five. JSK Esports won the Grand Final 3-2 against SBO3A. Teams OS was where the staff ran everything that was not a Discord command.

364

5

Rosters per stage

A team that entered both qualifiers is two rosters, not one overwritten one. Six teams did, with different players.

Results review

Every result and every extracted statistic waits for a person. 96.4% of 3,044 player rows matched a registered player automatically; the rest waited for staff.

Incidents

39 technical, 23 conduct and 1 rule violation logged by Cup 8's report date, each tied to a team and a player identity.

Champion review

A champion nobody recognises waits in a queue with a suggested correction instead of being dropped.

Media hub

Every clip, video and post with a kind, a pin and a duplicate check. Nothing reaches the public site until someone ticks it.

Staff and the bot log

Eight role levels and ten departments, scoped at the database, plus a live log of both bots so a crash is seen, not discovered.

Esports dashboard
The esports dashboard: the current cup, its stage, open incidents and today's tasks by role.
Ops tasks
Ops tasks for a tournament day, per role, in the order they happen.
Fantasy league
The fantasy module: rosters, seasons and a hall of fame, built on the same player records.

What the public saw

Pyramids Cup 8 final results
Final results, published from the same records staff approved.
The Grand Final on a creator stream
The Grand Final live on a creator stream: 580 peak viewers across three streams (owner reported).

Built for your industry

An esports module, out of the box

On top of the core platform, esports orgs get a purpose-built module for running tournaments end to end.

Esports Module

Tournaments, scheduling, and incidents in one place

Purpose-built for competitive operations — from draft to broadcast — alongside the rest of your org's workspaces.

See all modules

Tournament Management

Run brackets, standings, and event logistics from a single tournament record.

Match Scheduling

Coordinate match times across teams, staff, and broadcast without the spreadsheet chaos.

Incident Tracking

Log and resolve in-match and operational incidents with a clear audit trail.

Proof

Running a live circuit, not a pilot

Pyramids Cup 7 and Pyramids Cup 8 both ran on this platform start to finish, across seven competitive circuits on one deployment.

Multi tenant from the first day

Türkiye, Spain, Italy, France, DACH, CIS and MENA run side by side on one deployment, each seeing only its own data. Row level security enforces that in the database rather than in the interface, so a missing filter in the app cannot leak another region's numbers.

White label

Your name, your colours, your domain. The customers of our customers never see us.

Configuration, not forks

A new tournament, a new department or a new workflow is a settings change. No branch, no redeploy, no per customer codebase to maintain.

The Pyramids Cup 8 case study above is the first named one; more land here as early partners go live. We will walk you through the live platform rather than a sandbox.

Plans

Three tiers, priced per organisation

Deployments differ enough that a list price would be wrong for most people, so we scope it on a call. Every tier starts with a demo on your own data, not a sandbox.
